User submitted photograph (With the words LUDUS and the date written on a piece of paper included)
Other information that is necessary for the Organiser to vet attendees and to ensure the safety and security of the Event

To vet attendees and to ensure the safety and security of the Event
To communicate with attendees about the Event.
To provide attendees with information about the Event
To track attendance at the Event
The Organiser may share only in the case of incidents regarding security and safety this data with the following third parties:
Security personnel
Event vendors
Government agencies such as Police, Ambulance emergency services
The Organiser will retain this personal data for the following periods of time:

All partners, associates and subcontractors must sign an NDA before engaging with LUDUS and our guests. The NDA protects the guests, the activities and the actions of all guests and members.
Guests may be requested to show a form of government issued ID if there are any concerns about a guests age or persons. This information will only be asked to be produced and no copies or information about this will be held.
